New KDS view display and usability improvements

The kitchen display system (KDS) has been improved in the following ways:

• Dining options now display in the ticket body, preventing text clipping and improving visibility.

• Server names and guest counts scale with your font size settings, making them easier to read.

• Paid and unpaid tags now have improved contrast for better visibility.

• Modifier quantities appear in bold to help you quickly identify item details.

• The item fulfillment dialog remains open while you fulfill individual items, allowing you to select multiple items without reopening the dialog.
