New KDS view plays a sound when a ticket's dining option changes

Previously, a kitchen display system (KDS) using the new KDS view didn't play a notification sound when a ticket's dining option changed. The new KDS view now plays a sound when a ticket's dining option changes, the same as the legacy KDS view.

How to verify

To verify this fix, change the dining option on a ticket that's showing on a KDS device using new KDS view. The KDS device plays a notification sound.
