New KDS view shows a loading indicator when you select Recently fulfilled

On a kitchen display system (KDS) using the new KDS view, each ticket panel now shows a Loading tickets indicator after you select Recently fulfilled, until the tickets load. Selecting the button again while tickets are loading does nothing, so you can't switch the view back by accident.

How to verify

On a KDS device using new KDS view, select Recently fulfilled. A Loading tickets indicator appears on the ticket panels while the view refreshes.
