Property management system (PMS) integrations support mult-hotel payments

You can now link multiple hotels and restaurants for you, allowing guests to charge meals to their room at any participating property. This update introduces additional mapping between hotels and restaurants, enabling seamless cross-property dining and payment experiences. Toast support must enable multi-hotel payments for you.

Payments can be routed to the following property management systems:
FOSSE
Full Service PMS
Lightspeed PMS
Infor HMS.

Additional cloud PMS integrations will support this feature in the future.

Availability
Available to all locations that have Toast hotel integrations as of December 1, 2025.

Toast support must enable multi-hotel payments for you.
