Scheduled orders now fire immediately when prep time adjustments move them into the firing window

Previously, a bug prevented scheduled orders from firing when restaurant employees increased the prep time beyond the order’s due time. Now, when a prep time adjustment causes the current time to fall within the order’s firing window (the due time minus the prep time), the order will immediately fire as expected.
