Send text alerts from the new KDS view

Previously, the Send Text Alert option was missing from the overflow menu on a kitchen display system (KDS) using the new KDS view. You can now send text alerts to managers from the new KDS view, the same as from the legacy KDS view.

How to verify

To verify this fix, open the overflow menu on a KDS device using new KDS view. Send Text Alert appears in the menu.
