Time-related menu configuration now conforms to location time zone

Menu configurations involving time that are shared using multi-location management now respect the local time zone of the location using the configuration. This will enable the same menu or time-specific pricing to be used across multiple time zones, reducing menu duplication and the time required to maintain your menu.
