Toast Kiosk devices show relevant payment options when no card reader is attached

Toast Kiosk devices now show payment options relevant to the kiosk device during the order payment step such as Gift Card or Pay with Cash. Previously, Toast Kiosk devices showed Swipe your card during payment even if no card reader was present.
