Unfired items display correctly on expediter KDS devices

Unfired items display correctly on expediter KDS devices. A rare KDS problem displayed some items as fired immediately on expediter KDS devices instead of waiting to fire at their configured prep times has been fixed. This issue occurred in some instances where a KDS device had prep stations assigned, even though it was set as an expediter. This blocked the ability to manually fire those items at expediter KDS devices.
