The upsell manager is now available in Toast Web at Menus > Upsells > Upsell manager. The Upsell manager helps restaurants boost revenue and monitor overall upsell performance and engagement by suggesting menu items and order add-ons to guests. Restaurant employees also receive notifications about upsell opportunities through alerts and messages on Toast Flex and Toast Go devices. For more information, see this announcement.
