Menu upsells is rolling out to all locations

The menu upsells feature is now rolling out to all Toast POS locations. You can use menu upsells to create menu item prompts that appear for both your employees and guests on Toast POS devices including kiosks, guest-facing display, Toast Flex, and Toast Go. Menu upsells can help you maximize check averages and increase sales by making relevant suggestions during the ordering process.

The upsell manager is available in Toast Web at Menus > Upsells > Upsell manager. You can use the upsell manager to suggest menu items and order add-ons to guests. You monitor overall upsell performance and engagement on the Toast Web upsell manager page. Toast POS locations notify employees about upsell opportunities through alerts and messages on Toast POS devices.
